What you see is perfectly correct. These three are three levels of the higher Mind — on the lowest the consciousness is in connection with the Divine not directly but through the touch of the Light, Peace, Power and Knowledge, on the second it is in the with the Divine and surrendered. These are three well known conditions of the higher consciousness in its approach to the Divine.
